- 300 ml double cream
- 1 tbsp coconut nectar
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- Pour the double cream, coconut nectar and vanilla powder in a bowl combine.
- place in the kitchenaid and mix ‘till firm.
- keep 3 to 4 days in the fridge in a sealed container.
